Grading is an informal but widely used Canadian shorthand for bud quality. It is based on appearance, trichome coverage, aroma, moisture content and trim quality — not a government standard, but a useful way to compare value across a catalogue.

AAAA (Top Shelf): Dense, trichome-rich buds with the strongest aroma, tightest trim and best eye appeal. Typically the highest THC and terpene content in the catalogue.
AAA – AAAA: Excellent quality flower just below top shelf, offering strong potency and aroma at a better price point.
AA – AAA: Solid mid-shelf flower. Good bag appeal, slightly less trichome density, reliable everyday quality.
