Privacy Policy
Buying weed online should not cost you your privacy. This policy sets out exactly what Ganja Express collects, why, how long we keep it, who ever sees it and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Name and shipping address — used only to print a Canada Post label
- Email address — order confirmations, payment instructions, tracking and support
- Phone number — delivery issues and payment verification only
- Order history — kept against your account so reordering is quick
- Server logs — standard IP and browser records generated by any website
What we never collect
- Credit or debit card numbers — we only accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin
- Government ID, health records or medical documents
- Advertising profiles sold on from third-party data brokers
How long we keep it
Order records are held for 24 months so we can honour reship and warranty claims, then permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time and we will action it within seven days, other than records we are legally required to retain.
Who sees your data
Your shipping address goes to Canada Post because a parcel cannot travel without it. Nothing else is shared. We do not sell, rent, trade or lend customer data to marketers, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels that would pass your purchases to another company.
Payments
Interac e-Transfer messages carry only the sender name your bank supplies. Bitcoin payments contain no personal data at all, which is why privacy-focused customers prefer them. Instructions for both are on the how to order page.
Cookies
We use functional cookies for the cart, login session and age confirmation. Blocking them breaks checkout. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, admin access is restricted and limited to the people who pack orders, and customer records are not exported to spreadsheets or third-party CRMs.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Email sales@ganjaexpresss.co from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.
