Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ganjaexpresss.co and every order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them.

Age and eligibility

You must be of legal age in your province or territory: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta, 21 in Quebec. Orders are for personal adult use inside Canada only. We may cancel any order where age or eligibility cannot be reasonably assumed.

Orders and availability

All orders are an offer to buy, subject to our acceptance and to stock on hand. Where an item sells out after checkout we substitute with your approval or refund that line in full. Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment

Payment in full is required before dispatch, by Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin. Orders that stay unpaid for 48 hours are released back to stock. Send payment only to the details supplied with your own order.

Shipping

Delivery windows are Canada Post service standards, not guarantees, and are described in our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes once a confirmed delivery scan is recorded at the address you supplied.

Returns

Reship and refund rights are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not resell products bought here, do not order on behalf of a minor, do not attempt to scrape, overload or interfere with the site, and do not submit false claims. Breaches end in a permanent order block.

Content and accuracy

Strain descriptions, potency ranges and educational articles are provided for information. Nothing on this site is medical advice; speak to a healthcare professional about your own situation. Product photography is representative — natural flower varies batch to batch.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, photography and code belong to Ganja Express and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from delivery delays outside our control.
